TABLE OF CONTENTS
The purpose of this research project is to start a systematic collection of data based on
student satisfaction factors/dimensions toward the
MBA program at AUST university.
The data collected each semester would help program directors to :
make judgments about the program
Improve or further develop program effectiveness,
Inform and/or increase understanding
Increase satisfaction based on satisfaction dimensions
That leads to
Increasing the student enrollment and retention and
ultimately generate higher profit margins for the educational institution.

Does the student perceived QUALITY OF LEARNING EXPERIENCE affects student satisfaction?
Are the students perceived QUALITY OF STUDIES affects student satisfaction?
Does the support for a FUTURE ACADEMIC GOAL affects student satisfaction?
Does THE LIBRARY, IT, FACILITIES AND SERVICES affects students satisfaction?
What is/are the most contributing dimension/s towards students’ satisfaction?

HYPOTHESIS TESTING
it is of vital importance for the AUST MBA program to capture student’s satisfaction measures on a regular basis to be able to be innovative when making any changes regarding student satisfaction to gain more knowledge and reach better decision making.
the multiple hypothesis tested in this research paper should be tested in significant correlation with other data sets that is intended to be gathered from future semesters, analyzing its data and drawing conclusions therefrom.
the questionnaire resulted in a large volume of raw data that was suitably reduced for this paper, the raw data can be used for further analysis by next semester.
